I’m always looking for simple pieces that I can use to layer in the warmer months. And Castaway is just that - a simple, cropped & boxy tee meant to be worn with generous ease for an easy-fitting and relaxed summer look that looks great layered.

Pattern includes link to a tips page that provides you tutorials and tips on:

  • Yarn options and what pattern adjustments to make if you pick a yarn that has wool in it (or other yarn that will cause raw hems to roll)
  • Tips on picking a size
  • Video tutorials for shoulder and neck shaping techniques, three needle bind-off, and more!

Pattern Details:

Sizes: XS (S, M, L, XL, 2X, 3X)

Finished Bust Circumference: 38 (43, 47.5, 52.5, 57, 63, 68)”/97 (109, 121, 133, 145, 160, 173) cm

Picking a Size:
Shown in Size S (43”/109 cm), being worn with approx. 9”/23 cm of positive ease at the bust. I recommend picking a size that is 6-10”/15-25 cm larger than your actual bust measurement, depending on your desired fit. Visit my tips page (link in pattern) if you would like more information about picking a size.
